Working with the developer to identify their target market and creative the unique narrative for the 14 unit residence between London City and Epping Forest. We advised on the affordable design of the kitchens, bathrooms and general interior fit out, connecting the material finishes back to the local forest landscape. Show flat opening August 2020.
